Quick favor before today's piece..

The last two emails landed in Promotions for a lot of you. If this one did too, drag it to Primary, and reply with one word ("yes", "here", or honestly whatever you think of today's piece.. feedback, disagreement, anything).

Replies are the strongest signal Gmail uses to learn that this is real mail, not marketing. Five seconds from you, helps every reader on this list.

Okay, onto today's piece..

Google released an interesting paper this week, and one line from it stood out:

"Focus on increasing cardiovascular intensity and managing metabolic markers, as your predictive profile suggests a biological age higher than your actual 38 years, and flags potential risks for hypertension and insulin resistance."

That's what a primary care doctor would say after reading your bloodwork.

Here's the thing though.

Nobody drew this person's blood. Nobody asked them to fill out a questionnaire. Nobody put a stethoscope on their chest. They didn't see a doctor.

A watch on their wrist read them for about a year. An AI agent stitched the prediction into a paragraph. That's the whole pipeline.
